We do not supply editable software or drivers for individual bank or ID card systems. You must check with your smart card provider on how to download and install their proprietary setup. A missing card driver will stop the reader from working, even though the hardware is fully functional.

Take note of these limitations before using the unit. The reader cannot process CIE cards or function on unsupported operating systems. If you are using Windows 11 and face connection issues, our support team is available to assist with driver requests.
