Rear Hatch Release Button For Kia Sorento 2013 2014 Hatchback
Your Kia Sorento's rear hatch becomes difficult to operate when the original release button wears out or stops responding. Manual lifting then risks straining the hinge cables and leaving fingerprints on the rear glass. This replacement switch restores reliable control, letting you open the trunk quickly for loading groceries, bikes, or luggage. Engineered for your 2013 and 2014 hatchback models, this VUCEA part matches the factory design to function exactly as intended.
The tactile feedback returns with each press, ensuring the electronic locking mechanism receives a clear signal. You regain confidence every time you step out, knowing the hatch won't stay closed when you need to unload gear immediately.
Benefits & Tips
- Keep prepared: Store a replacement unit in your glove box so you can restore full functionality right away if moisture damages the existing button.
- Electrical safety: Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning work to shield the cargo area sensors and central locking circuit boards from accidental shorts.
- Quick validation: Plug in the connector and activate the switch before clipping the trim back into place to verify smooth engagement and correct alignment.
