Revive your Volkswagen's lighting performance with this precision-molded headlight lens cover. Designed specifically for the VW Passat B6, Magotan, and R36 models from 2006 to 2011, it replaces cloudy or fractured lenses instantly. A blown-out light hides dangerous spots on dark roads and fails official checks. This crystal-clear ABS shield restores full visibility while blocking road debris from reaching your fragile bulbs.

Benefits & Tips

Warm the old seal before removal. Use a hot air gun around the perimeter to soften stubborn glue easily. Insert a flat screwdriver gently once the adhesive yields.

Pull a thorough clean. Scrape away all residual rubber from the frame channels. Your new lens sticks best to a smooth, grease-free surface for a watertight seal.

Press to lock it in place. Seat the clear shell deep into the plastic guide tracks. Hold firm pressure for a few seconds to set the initial bond before adding any silicone.

Warnings & Reminders

Melt the glue safely. If using an oven, heat to 80 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes before separating the panels.

Set the silicone fully. Mark gaps generously with 703 glue and leave the assembly undisturbed in a cool room for 24 hours. Allow 48 to 72 hours total curing before driving normally.

Check measurements first. Please note slight variations may occur due to manual sizing processes. Actual colors can differ marginally based on your monitor settings.
