The kit rotates the alternator 180 degrees and pushes the power steering pump up/in, enabling several combinations of LS car and truck intake manifolds and removing the bulky aluminum factory bracket. It uses all of the factory truck equipment, including the factory idler pulley—no need to buy an aftermarket alternator or power steering pump.
