Adapter Plate Electric Valve Wahler for Opel 2.0/2.2 DTI TiD

Designed for Opel, Vauxhall, and Saab 2.0 and 2.2 DTI TiD engines, this aluminum adapter plate houses an electric Wahler valve to blank the EGR path. By preventing hot exhaust gases from reaching the intake manifold, it helps reduce the formation of an oil soot film caused by crankcase breather oil mixing with exhaust gas recirculation, which can constrict port diameter, lower engine power, and increase fuel consumption.

Important: The valve must be mapped out from the engine because it can cause limp mode. A simulator can be used to prevent EML error codes. For use outside public roads and in motorsport applications.

Material: aluminum. Origin: Hongkong (China). Scope of supply includes a Viton O-ring, an aluminum pipe, and a blanking plate.
