The system uses two 24G/72G Hz mmwave radars mounted on the rear bumper to provide fast, accurate detection. LED lights illuminate to warn when an object enters the defined warning area, and when a moving object is detected, the corresponding lane signal may activate, LED indicators flash rapidly, or a three-tone prompt sounds to alert you before a potential collision. It’s designed to support safer driving behavior by making blind spots clearly visible and audible, so you can make informed decisions before changing lanes.
Compatibility and customization: This BSD system is suitable for Kia Soul models from 2008 to 2013. It supports customized mirror patterns for all car models. If you send the original mirrors to the factory, engineers will customize the laser warning light pattern to match your mirrors, while the product price remains unchanged. You simply cover shipping and any applicable customs duties.
Two mainstream display options are available:

Warnings / Reminders
- Radar signals cannot penetrate metal and are easily interfered by fluorescent lights.
- During installation, confirm: the rear bumper is plastic; there must be no metal interference directly in front of the radar sensor (signal emission surface); the radar sensor’s emission surface must not face a fluorescent lamp.
- Follow the calibration instructions to ensure accurate detection ranges and minimize false alarms.
Important installation note: The system is designed as a universal solution with LED lights installed either on the car A-pillar or within the blind area rear-view lens, depending on the product configuration.
