Warnings & Reminders
- Radar signals cannot penetrate metal and are easily interfered by fluorescent lights. During installation, ensure the rear bumper area is plastic and free from metal interference directly in front of the radar sensor (signal emission surface).
- The radar sensor (signal emission surface) must not face fluorescent lamps, and avoid installing opposite a metal obstruction for accurate sensing.
Notes on installation and use: the system is compatible with universal LED placement along the A-pillar for some configurations, or can be installed with LED lights in the blind-area rear area for others. If you are installing on a Honda Accord 2018–2022, ensure the rear bumper is plastic and that there is no metal directly in front of the radar emission surface for optimal performance.
