Probe installation and calibration
- Note: Radar signals cannot penetrate metal and are easily interfered by fluorescent lights. Please confirm during installation:
- The rear bumper of the installed car is plastic.
- There must be no metal interference directly in front of the radar sensor (signal emission surface).
- The radar sensor (signal emission surface) cannot be installed facing the fluorescent lamp.
Usage tips
Instructions for use emphasize universal vs. special installations: LED lights can be installed on the A-pillar for universal products, or inside the blind area rear-view lens for special products. When backing up, allow the system to activate automatically and listen for the alert cues as you adjust your position.
