Introducing the Zoom HB775E Hydraulic Disc Brake Set, a high-performance braking solution designed for MTB e-bikes and scooters. This 2-piston hydraulic system delivers strong, fade-free stopping power with smooth modulation for confident control on descents, wet conditions, and everyday rides. The integrated molding oil cylinder helps keep the setup compact and streamlined, while the versatile adapter options let you pair it with 160mm or 180mm rotors for the perfect balance of braking bite and rotor size. With front hose length of 1100mm and rear hose length of 1850mm, routing fits a wide range of frames and setups, making it an excellent upgrade for safer, more predictable braking performance.

Benefits & Tips

  • Experience precise braking with improved modulation for safer cornering and improved control, even in wet or muddy conditions.
  • Flexible rotor compatibility means you can upgrade to 160mm or 180mm rotors using the appropriate adapters (F160-R140 / F180-R160 or IS-A 180MM).
  • Plan your routing with ample hose length (front 1100mm, rear 1850mm) for clean, unobtrusive integration on MTB and E-Bike/Scooter frames.

Warnings / reminders

  • The brake lever has been filled with oil. Do not press the brake lever before or during installation, as this will cause oil leakage and may require refilling mineral oil.
  • The mold block (brake pad protection block) inside the caliper should not be removed before the brake is installed. If removed before full installation, the piston may shift, potentially causing oil leakage or the piston not rebounding properly.
