The system detects moving objects within 3 to 10 meters of the rear side. When a vehicle or object enters the sensing area, the corresponding turn signal on that side may light, the LED indicator can flash rapidly, and a three-tone alert can sound—providing timely warnings to help you avoid lane-change surprises.
Key features include two mainstream installation types: lens-display with the prompt light on the lens, or a car-display version with a warning light shown on the triangular window inside the car. Probe installation and calibration:
Radar signals cannot penetrate metal and can be interfered by fluorescent lights. During installation, ensure the rear bumper is plastic, there is no metal interference directly in front of the radar sensor, and the radar emission surface does not face fluorescent lamps.
