Two mmwave radars mounted on the rear bumper continuously monitor the blind spots, detecting moving objects within a 3 to 10 meter range. When a vehicle or object enters the warning area, the system lights up the corresponding LED, and during lane-changing scenarios it can trigger the same-side turn signal or rapid LED flashing accompanied by a three-tone audible prompt. This multi-sensor alert approach gives you early notice of potential dangers, helping you make safer lane decisions and reducing the chance of side-impact collisions.
Choose the display option that fits your interior: lens-display on the radar lens or an in-car display with a warning indicator on the triangular window inside the car. The system supports customization for the LC300’s original mirrors—send your mirrors to our factory, and engineers will tailor the laser warning light pattern to match your mirrors. The price remains the same; you only cover shipping and any possible customs duties.
Beyond BSD, the system includes LCA (Lane Change Assistance), BSD (Blind Spot Detection), AOA (Active Overtaking Warning), B-pillar blind spot following warning, and RCTA (Reverse Crossing Traffic Alert). An optional DOW (Door Opening Warning) enhances protection when parking in tight spaces or when another vehicle door opens nearby. This comprehensive suite helps you navigate busy roads with confidence.
