Upper Sliding Door Roller for Hyundai Starex, JAC Refine 83985-4A000
Restore smooth movement to your van’s sliding door with this upper roller assembly. Designed specifically for Hyundai Starex and JAC Refine models, it replaces worn guide wheels and eliminates stubborn jams or hard pulling. You get reliable daily access without straining handles or risking track damage.
The exact OEM catalog number 83985-4A000 tells you this part slots directly into your existing mounting points. Constructed with standard automotive-grade components and free of high-concerned chemicals, it withstands daily vibration and temperature swings. Your service bay stays tidy while cabin entry becomes effortless again.
Check rail clearance. Remove dust and dried grit from the upper track before installing so the new wheel rolls freely from front to back.
Apply a light lubricant. Run a quick mist of silicone spray on the roller axle after securing the bolts to protect against moisture and reduce friction over time.
Align before final torque. Slide the door manually with fasteners snug-but-not-tight to confirm even travel, then tighten completely for lasting stability.
