The Turbo Diesel Digitech 3-Dump Recirculation BOV Kit is built for serious diesel turbo applications. Made from high-strength T6 aviation aluminum with a hard anodized finish, this universal 1" inlet/outlet BOV kit is designed to withstand harsh engine bay conditions while delivering reliable relief from compressor surge. Its 3-dump recirculation setup provides flexible venting options to suit different driving environments, helping you protect the turbo and maintain steady boost when you come off throttle.

At the heart of this kit is the Digitech Gen3 Control Module, featuring the latest firmware upgrade for real-time valve response. The BOV operates by detecting a 0-5V change from the throttle position sensor and energizing a solenoid to vent air from the BOV cap. This creates the necessary pressure differential to vent efficiently, reducing turbo stress and improving throttle response between gears. Note: this is a universal fitment kit and requires professional installation; it is not a plug-and-play solution for every vehicle, and DIY installation is not covered by the warranty.
