• Bluetooth connections (CarPlay / Android Auto): If you cannot connect, follow these steps — CarPlay: on your phone, go to Settings > General > CarPlay, delete all devices, then reconnect. Android Auto: in Google Play Services, clear cache and data, then reconnect.
• Audio output: The device does not have external speakers because it is waterproof. For music, connect your helmet Bluetooth.
