It is NOT compatible with the newest Signia /Rexton/ Costco/Miracle Ear AX range that use Mini Receiver 3.0 wires; for 3.0 wires the compatible wax guard is WaxGuard 3.0 NanoCare. It is also NOT compatible with Signia /Rexton/ Costco/Miracle Ear hearing aids that use HF4/HF4 PRO and Connex QuickGuard.
