The exchangeable ear dome ensures a secure, all-day fit, and the nano-coated shell resists sweat and dust for durable daily wear.

Key benefits include smart noise reduction with 8-channel processing to improve sound localization, plus adjustable volume to fit your room or situation. Built-in noise cancellation and anti-howling help protect your hearing in challenging environments. You can manage settings with the Rexton app or the Fit2Go app, tuning frequencies, balance, and gain right from your smartphone. The Inox5A supports app programming, while our audiologist can also program remotely via audiogram. Android users can program directly, and iPhone users can request remote configuration. The volume control app works on both iOS and Android.

Important: This device is intended for mild to moderate hearing loss. Rexton CIC/ITC devices are not suitable for severe or profound levels of loss.
