Introducing the Portable Handheld Battery Spot Welder for 18650 Lithium, Nickel Strip Welding — a compact, one‑handed tool engineered for fast, reliable nickel‑strip welding on battery cells. Its ergonomic, non‑slip grip and lightweight feel make it easy to control during every weld, whether you’re building a pack or performing quick field repairs.

Five‑gear power adjustment lets you tailor welding strength to the task at hand. At maximum power, it can weld 0.2 mm nickel sheet, with typical support for 0.1–0.15 mm, and it even handles stainless steel and stainless iron sheets. The welder uses intelligent recognition and fully automatic welding to simplify operation, so you can focus on the pack layout and connections rather than on the machine.

A high‑rate 5000 mAh lithium‑polymer battery provides strong endurance: fully charged, it can weld more than 800 times. Quick Type‑C charging brings a full charge in about 3 hours, and the unit supports charging while welding for extended work sessions.

Safety is built in with triple protection: overcurrent protection with instant power off on fault, low voltage protection that automatically reduces power to protect weld quality, and overcharge protection that powers off when full to extend battery life (cycle life ≥ 500 times).

Designed for nickel strip connections on 32650 and 18650 cells, the nickel‑plated connectors weld firmly to form solid joints. Copper and aluminum connectors cannot be welded with this device. The welding head is securely locked; when replacement is necessary, tighten the screws and gently pry open the copper sheet to replace. Do not replace frequently, and ensure the welding head is tightened after replacement to prevent loose contact that can affect weld quality.

Product parameters: 5 gears of power, 5000 mAh lithium polymer battery, design current up to 800 A (MAX), nickel strip width 0.1–0.2 mm, input interface Type‑C. Operation is automatic: once contact with the nickel sheet is made, welding is triggered automatically.

Power on/off is accomplished by a long press of the POWER button. If there is no operation for 6 minutes after powering on, the device will automatically shut down and require a restart to use again. Charging uses a Type‑C charger with 5 V input (do not use higher voltage), 5 V/2 A recommended, and the unit supports charging while in use. Welding head replacement requires tightening after reinstall; ensure proper contact for consistent welds. Welding nickel sheet method supports thickness 0.1–0.2 mm, and automatic spot welding occurs upon contact after the device is turned on.

All electronic and mechanical equipment, devices and machines sold by InterCyprus to EU countries are CE certified and carry a two year warranty.
