AN10 Aluminum Oil Cooler Adapter Fitting Kit for BMW E36 E46 E82 E90 E92 E46 M3
Upgrade your engine’s cooling capacity without sacrificing valuable space under the hood. This AN10 oil cooler adapter fitting kit routes high-pressure lubrication straight to an aftermarket cooler. You will keep your BMW’s oil temperature steady during spirited drives or track days. The entire assembly fits cleanly where stock components once lived. You gain reliable thermal control because the kit uses -10AN fittings to connect heavy-duty stainless steel lines directly to your custom radiator. Machined from solid 6061 aluminum, each bracket resists heat warping and vibration fatigue across repeated stress cycles. Two genuine BMW O-rings sit inside the ports to seal out leaks before you ever start the engine.
Installation Advice & Usage Tips
- Pair compatible lines: Connect this kit with braided stainless steel hoses and a standalone cooler to finish your routing project.
- Check clearances: Route the lines away from spinning pulleys and sharp frame edges to prevent premature wear.
- Monitor temperatures: Run brief warm-up laps after fitting, then verify that oil returns smoothly without sputtering or pressure drops.
