Warnings / Reminders

Your bike is not equipped with a Gear Position Sensor, so determining the gear in use is only possible when the engine is running and the clutch is released. This device connects to the 4-pole Kawasaki Diagnostic System (KDS) connector under the seat near the ECU and reads data directly from the ECU for fast readings. Installation involves locating the KDS connector under the seat—the display can be mounted in a convenient location for visibility.
