After installation, you may notice a slight edge gap and an overall thicker mirror due to the convex design — this is normal and does not affect performance. The convex lens covers approximately 95% of the original lens, providing a significantly wider view while maintaining the familiar mirror shape.

If the original mirror lens is cracked but still attached, you can apply the convex lens directly on top.
