  • Set exact injector height: Place the aluminum gauge directly on the unit injector until the reading hits exactly 78.0 ± 0.2 mm. Tighten the lock-nut to 100 ± 10 N·m to secure the adjustment.
  • Lock into top center quickly: Push the slide handle forward and turn clockwise until you hear a distinct click. The automatic timing pin has now seated directly into the flywheel timing hole.
