GUSTAVO BMX Folding Bike Inner Tube, TPU, 20x0.9-1.5/20x1.75-2.5 (406) 45mm 65mm French Valve
GUSTAVO BMX Folding Bike Inner Tube in TPU is designed for BMX folding bikes with 406 rims, delivering reliable performance for 20 x 0.9-1.5 and 20 x 1.75-2.5 tires. This compact tube comes with two valve options: a 45mm Presta valve (FV) and a 65mm Presta valve, plus a Schrader valve adapter for versatile fitting. Weighing about 22g for the 1.5 size and 45g for the 2.5 size, this tube provides lightweight reliability without compromising strength.
Benefits & Tips
- Lightweight TPU construction reduces overall bike weight while maintaining flexibility and durability for everyday riding.
- Choose the correct size and valve option (45mm or 65mm with adapter) to ensure a proper seal and easy inflation on BMX folding wheels.
- Follow the inflation guidelines to prevent damage: use a manual air pump, inflate gradually, and avoid overinflating the tube when it is not installed in the tire.
Product specifications
- Brand: GUSTAVO
- Material: TPU
- Model: BMX Bike Folding Bicycle 406 wheel rim 20x0.9-1.5 / 20x1.75-2.5
- Weight: about 22G (1.5) / 45G (2.5)
- Valve: Presta Valve (FV) 45mm; 65mm (Accompany a Schrader valve Adapter)
- Origin: Mainland China
- Note: This inner tube cannot be inflated a lot when it is not installed in the outer tire; use a manual air pump only. Before inflating, turn the valve inward and inflate slowly to less than 0.5 bar / 8 PSI. Tire inflation pressure must not exceed 5 bar / 72 PSI for rims with no-ring-lip systems per ISO/TC 31. Temperature changes affect pressure (about 1% increase per 3°C / 5°F). If stored at 60°C (140°F) or higher, deflate to 1 bar / 15 PSI to avoid valve deformation.
Package includes:
- 1 x GUSTAVO BMX Folding Bike Inner Tube TPU for 20x0.9-1.5 / 20x1.75-2.5 (406)
- 1 x Schrader valve adapter (included with 65mm variant)
Warnings / Reminders
- Do not inflate the inner tube a lot when it is not installed in the outer tire, or irreparable damage may occur.
- Use a manual air pump rather than high-speed air filling equipment.
- Before inflating, rotate the valve inward toward the tire center and inflate gradually to a small round shape (below 0.5 bar / 8 PSI).
- Do not exceed 5 bar / 72 PSI during inflation, especially on rims with no-ring-lip systems per ISO/TC 31.
- Expect slight pressure changes with ambient temperature: a 3° rise can increase pressure by about 1%.
- Store or ride in high temperatures with caution; excessive heat can raise tire pressure and risk tire detachment or injury.
- If the inner tube is stored in extreme heat (60°C/140°F or higher), deflate to 1 bar/15 PSI to protect the valve.
