PVDF G3/8 Fitting Hall Effect Flow Sensor is a compact water flowmeter built for corrosive liquids. Its PVDF body resists acids and alkalis, while a ceramic shaft provides wear resistance for consistent performance. The waterproof Hall sensor is encapsulated to prevent water ingress. Available with large-hole or small-hole flow paths, it covers 0.3–8 L/min (large hole) or 0.1–1.5 L/min (small hole) with ±5% accuracy. The sensor outputs a pulse signal suitable for microcontrollers and data loggers; the large-hole version delivers about 810 pulses per liter, the small-hole version about 3300 pulses per liter. It operates on DC 3.5–20V (typical 5V) and draws up to 15 mA, with a withstand voltage up to 1.75 MPa. Temperature rating is up to 80°C and humidity range 35–90% RH (no frosting state). Model ZQ-02 (PVDF) uses a G3/8 Pagoda fitting and is ideal for tight spaces requiring durable, corrosion-resistant flow measurement.
