The PVDF Water Flow Sensor (G1/2, model ZQ-01) delivers precise, corrosion‑resistant flow measurement for industrial plumbing using a Hall‑effect flowmeter with a PVDF body. Its PVDF construction provides excellent acid and alkali resistance, suitable for challenging liquids. It operates from DC 3.5–20 V, draws up to 15 mA, and outputs a clean pulse signal: high level > 4.5 V at 5 V input and low level < 0.5 V. Flow ranges are 1–30 L/min for large holes and 0.5–8 L/min for small holes, each within ±5% accuracy. Pulse rates are 258 pulses per liter for large holes and 780 pulses per liter for small holes, enabling straightforward flow calculation with microcontrollers or data loggers. The sensor is rated for humidity 35–90% RH (no frosting) and operates up to 80°C, with a G1/2 thread for easy installation. Flow sensor model ZQ-01 is supplied without PCB, and the device carries multiple certifications for broad compatibility. All electronic and mechanical equipment, devices and machines sold by InterCyprus to EU countries are CE certified and carry a two year warranty.
