The Digital Gear Flow Meter is a compact, high-precision liquid flow sensor designed for diesel, oil, water, and related fluids. Available with G1/2 or G3/4 interface sizes, it suits tight installation spaces while delivering reliable, repeatable readings. Built from PPS, it withstands demanding environments up to 20 bar and temperatures from -25°C to +80°C.

Flow is presented by a user-friendly display, and readings are generated in multiple units (L, GAL, PTS, m³) with a counting range of 0.00–9999 for single measurements and 0–999999 for totals. Pulse output correlates directly to flow: Hz = 2.5 × Q (G1/2) or Hz = 1.2 × Q (G3/4), with a high/low pulse voltage threshold of > DC4.5V / < DC0.5V. A replaceable battery (standard #7) powers the device, making field maintenance straightforward.

With proven accuracy of ±5% and robust sealing that minimizes leaks, this meter is ideal for monitoring diesel, ureа oil, water and similar liquids in flow-critical applications. It ships as a single Digital Gear Flow Meter ready to install.
