Clear PP Headlight Covers For BMW E46 M3 Coupe Cabriolet

Restore perfect optical alignment and shield your factory lighting housing with these direct-fit replacement headlight covers for the BMW E46 platform. Designed as an exact match for OEM numbers 63126924046 and 63126924045, this clear automotive part fits pre-facelift E46 Coupe, Cabrio, and Convertible models manufactured between 1999 and 2003, across the standard 3 Series lineup and the 2001–2006 M3 variants. Constructed from impact-resistant transparent polycarbonate blended with polypropylene, each lens maintains full visibility for low and high beams while creating a sealed barrier against road debris, dust, and water ingress. The geometry replicates stock mounting tabs precisely, allowing you to strip away cracked plastic and secure the new cover without modifying internal brackets or electrical circuits.

Benefits & Usage Tips

• Preserves maximum brightness output thanks to the untinted, haze-free polymer surface.
• Direct bolt-on design eliminates the need for sealants when replacing worn factory shields.
• Lightweight construction reduces stress on existing pivot pins and clip retainers during swap-out procedures.

Fitment & Handling Reminders

Manufacturing tolerances may result in a 1–3 mm dimensional variance during manual quality checks. Because headlight bezel shapes changed significantly after the 2003 mid-cycle update, verify your chassis year and body style against the reference photos before checkout. Please inspect your current housing closely; if the contour or trim ring differs, reach out to support prior to ordering to prevent compatibility gaps.
