AC Filter Cover Assy Plastic for Hyundai Tucson 2004-2009 971292E250
Restore steady airflow and clean cabin air in your Hyundai Tucson. A cracked ventilation cover lets unfiltered dust inside and weakens climate control. This AC filter cover assembly reinstates a tight seal right where your blower works hardest. You keep heating and cooling efficient without removing complex dash panels.
Benefits & Tips
- Cut wind noise: The solid plastic housing blocks gaps that often cause annoying rattles on highway drives.
- Easier upkeep: Slide the cabin filter straight into the guide tracks to avoid bent edges during changes.
- Long lasting fit: Tap the frame lightly until it clicks fully home for a secure daily mount.

Handling Guidelines
Remove the old cover using steady, even pull pressure. Factory plastics may have softened after years of sun exposure and heat cycles. Work slowly near the clip pins to preserve mounting points. Confirm perfect alignment before running the fan at high speed.
