Iron Timing Chain Tensioner For Ssangyong Actyon Kyron 2005-2012
Restore smooth engine timing and silence those annoying rattle sounds under the hood. This iron timing chain tensioner keeps your chain properly aligned and consistently tight while you drive. It matches the exact factory design for SsangYong Actyon and Kyron models built between 2005 and 2012. The solid iron construction handles high heat and constant engine stress without warping.
You get an exact replacement for OEM part number 6640500111. Swap out your worn unit and prevent accelerated wear on your camshaft and crankshaft. A fresh tensioner means steadier idle, responsive acceleration, and smoother power delivery every time you start the car.
Benefits & Practical Tips
Replace left and right tensioners together if both show wear, so timing pressure remains perfectly balanced.
Clean old oil residue from the cylinder housing before fitting the new unit to guarantee full spring action.
Run the engine briefly after installation and listen for a clean rhythm; any lingering click warrants a quick recheck of the seal seating.
