Crafted specifically for Audi A4 and RS4 B8 variants produced between 2013 and 2015, this accessory inserts directly into your existing dashboard circuit. If your cockpit currently features a factory “A OFF” button adjacent to the climate controls, this plug-and-play module guarantees the idle-stop function remains closed by default every time you turn the ignition. Operation follows a straightforward sequence: press the brake pedal, start the vehicle, wait three to six seconds, and watch the integrated LED illuminate red to confirm the permanent disable state. The system stays inactive until you intentionally press the switch to reactivate the stop-start feature temporarily.

Benefits & Tips

Preserve Battery & Starter Components: Repeated cold-idle shutoffs create rapid thermal stress that accelerates battery degradation and starter motor fatigue. Maintaining a consistent running state during heavy urban traffic significantly reduces early wear on these costly systems.

Zero-Wiring Dashboard Insertion: The compact housing slides neatly behind your original trim panel using the included extraction tool. No adhesive residues, circuit tapping, or permanent modifications are required for a clean factory aesthetic.

Safe Initialization Procedure: Always perform the initial setup with firm brake pressure applied.
