Titanium Turbo Heat Shield Blanket for Audi S3 VW Golf Mk7 Seat Leon

Stop heat soak from degrading your performance. The Titanium Turbo Heat Shield Blanket traps exhaust energy inside the turbocharger, keeping radiant heat away from your engine bay. This isolation lowers air intake temperatures for denser oxygen intake. You also protect nearby hoses, sensors, and brackets from thermal damage.

Built to survive aggressive driving environments, the wrap combines premium materials for reliable insulation. A Calcium Magnesium Silicate wool core creates strong heat retention. High-temperature silica fabric faces the hot side, while a durable carbon fabric shell guards the outside. Titanium threads add tension resistance, backed by stainless steel rivets that secure every edge.

This accessory supports a wide range of hot hatch and sedan upgrades. It is engineered for Audi S3 chassis with 2.0 TSi engines. Volkswagen owners can install this on the Golf Mk7, Golf GTI Mk7, and Golf MK7R T5. Seat Leon and Leon Cupra R 280 models are also compatible. Fitment depends on your specific turbocharger type; this blanket suits systems using T4, TD05, or T25 styles, along with Garrett GTX range turbos like the GTX 3071.
