Aluminum Valve Plate For Opel Astra G Omega B Vectra B Zafira A

Keep your 2.0 or 2.2 diesel running smoothly with this precision aluminum valve plate. Designed for common Opel powerplants, it restores consistent oil flow and protects critical internal components. When normal wear sets in over time, this sturdy plate steps in to maintain proper clearance without guesswork.

Benefits & Care Tips

You can drop this unit straight into compatible engines to restore factory tolerance. The pre-mounted FKM O-ring seals tightly right out of the box, keeping debris away and reducing early leak risks. Clean the mating surface thoroughly before sliding the plate into place. Always follow the correct torque sequence to seat the gasket evenly and protect your engine under heavy loads.

Fitment Reminder

Double-check your exact engine code and build month before purchasing. Incorrect sizing can disrupt lubrication pressure across sensitive internals. Have a licensed technician complete the swap to guarantee safe assembly and lasting performance.
