Usage method

1. Boil water in a kettle or pot (or microwave), then pour water into a heat-safe bowl.
2. Fully submerge the device into the bowl of hot water using your utensil or tongs.
3. Carefully remove the device from hot water and place it in a bowl of cold water for 3 seconds.
4. Place the device in your mouth with the UPPER portion on your upper teeth.
5. Firmly bite down on the device for at least 20 seconds, and press your fingers around your mouth while drawing the tongue to the roof to create a vacuum. This forms a tight mold to your teeth.
6. Remove the device and inspect the mold. If the teeth marks are not clearly visible or the fit isn’t tight enough, repeat steps 2–5.
7. When you’re satisfied with the mold, fully submerge the device in cold water for 15 seconds to set the shape. This step helps the device retain heat during handling and prevents burns when removing from hot water.
