This Adapter Plate With Electric Valve is engineered for Opel/Vauxhall/Saab 2.0 and 2.2 DTI TiD engines, delivering a precise bypass solution that helps protect your intake from oil soot buildup and maintain consistent performance on the track. By replacing the original path with a dedicated blanking plate and an electric valve, hot exhaust gases are prevented from reaching the intake manifold. This reduces the risk of oil from the crankcase breather mixing with exhaust gases to form a sooty film that narrows the port diameter, which can otherwise sap engine power and raise fuel consumption. Built from durable aluminum and designed for performance applications, this adapter plate supports motorsport use and off-road scenarios where reliable airflow and consistent power matter most.

Note: The valve needs to be mapped out from the engine to avoid limp mode. An optional simulator can be used to suppress EML errors where required. For safety and reliability, use this kit in appropriate non-public-road environments and comply with local regulations.
