6007 Lower Control Arm Prying Tool And 25112 Ball Joint Separator Kit
Stop wrestling with rusted ball joints and stuck control arms. This dual-tool kit gives you the exact leverage and precision needed for clean suspension service. You will extract joints safely while protecting delicate rubber boots from tears.
The low profile separator slides into tight engine bays with ease. Simply turn the removable nut until the joint pops free. Precision threading and a built in pivot ball keep your adjustments steady so nothing slips away mid repair. It handles ball joints up to 2-3/8 inches wide on most front wheel drive cars, trucks, and SUVs.
The matching pry tool takes the strain off your body. Its high strength carbon steel frame stays rigid under heavy force. A reinforced eyelet grips any standard 7/8-inch pry bar firmly. An antioxidant surface resists wear over time, while a protective rubber sleeve guards your paintwork and keeps your hands safe during heavy pushes.
Apply a thin layer of grease to the separator threads for smoother twists. Use the pry tool to gently lift the lower control arm before removing the pinch bolt. Wipe the rubber sleeve clean after each job to maintain its grip and surface protection.
