Powered by the HBS57 DSP-based driver and paired with the 57HBS30 motor, this closed-loop system eliminates missed steps, enables smoother high-speed operation, and reduces heat and vibration. The result is faster machining, tighter tolerances, and greater reliability for CNC, engraving, laser cutting, and automation projects. With vector closed-loop control, the system provides real-time feedback and overload alarms, delivering AC servo-like reliability at a fraction of the cost. The kit is designed to upgrade traditional stepping setups with 42/57 series closed-loop motors, offering substantial performance gains while keeping costs low.

HBS57 adopts the latest dedicated motor-control DSP chip and vector closed-loop control technology to completely overcome open-loop stepping motor lost-step issues. It significantly improves high-speed performance, reduces motor heating and vibration, enhances machining speed and accuracy, and lowers energy consumption. When the motor is continuously overloaded, the driver issues an alarm signal in a timely manner, providing reliability comparable to AC servo systems. This makes upgrading from conventional stepping systems straightforward and cost-effective, with a total cost roughly 50% of a comparable AC servo solution.
