How to test

• Test CL2 (chlorine): Install a battery (not included). Turn the knob slowly to the left toward the "CL2" position until the pointer aligns with the calibration letter "C." Submerge the metal rod into the measured solution, observe the pointer, and wait for it to settle before reading. Clean the metal rod after use.
• Test pH: Remove the battery (pH measurement does not require a battery). Wipe the metal rod clean with fine sandpaper 1–5 times to remove dirt, then wipe with clean towel. Turn the knob to the "PH" direction until it clicks and remains in place, then insert the rod into the solution to be tested and read after the pointer stops moving. Clean the metal rod after use.

Warnings / reminders

• Follow the exact measurement steps for CL2 and pH to ensure accurate readings.
• Keep the metal rod clean between tests to avoid cross-contamination of measurements.
• PH measurements do not require a battery; CL2 measurements require a fresh AA battery (not included).
