Replace weakened rubber hose sections with this 10-foot black nylon braided PTFE fuel line tubing. Designed to eliminate vapor lock, chemical degradation, and flow restriction issues in modified fuel systems, this assembly routes E85, gasoline, diesel, lube oil, alcohol, coolant, and compressed air efficiently. The internal smooth bore keeps fluid friction low, while the outer layers of stainless steel wire and woven black nylon shield the liner from UV breakdown, ozone wear, and road debris during track use or marine installations. Each segment runs at 1,000 PSI working pressure and withstands up to 5,000 PSI before rupture. The rated temperature span covers -100°F to +500°F (-73°C to +260°C), making it suitable for hot environments. Fitted ends are machine from 6061 aluminum alloy, providing a lightweight yet rigid sealing surface that mates to standard AN-6 ports.
