1. Introduction
Welcome to InterCyprus.com. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, designed to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience.

Each product on InterCyprus.com is described as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or error-freeness of all details.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices in Euro (€) include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Payment methods are listed on our website.
4. Legal Warranty and Exclusions
All products sold by InterCyprus.com are covered by a legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights. This warranty covers any defects in goods or mismatches from the advertised product for a period of 2 years from the delivery date. If a product is found to be defective within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If a fault appears within 6 months of purchase, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase. If the fault appears after 6 months of purchase, the consumer may need to prove that the fault was not the result of normal wear and tear or their own misuse. The remedies for receiving defective products are offered at no extra cost but any return costs will be covered by the consumer. InterCyprus.com may first offer the consumer a repair or replacement item. If they we to correct the problem after taking this initial step,we may provide a refund. If the defect is minor, we may also offer a price reduction.
All electrical and electronic appliances, including their mechanical components, internal combustion engines, and vehicles sold by InterCyprus.com, come with a two-year warranty covering defects and mismatches from the advertised product. This warranty does not extend to batteries, electrical fuses, and lamps of all kinds, which are guaranteed to be brand new and functional upon receipt only. Individual batteries, fuses, and lamps are not eligible for return under this warranty. Orders not delivered within the total maximum business days published for the order multiplied by the factor of 1.5 are eligible for a refund within two weeks from the day it is due. All refunds are credited to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU have the option to cancel their purchase contract within a 14-day period for any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day they receive their goods. If a customer decides to cancel their purchase, they must cover the cost of sending the items back to the address provided by InterCyprus.com. Upon receiving the returned items, if they are in their original, unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. This refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that we do not accept partial returns. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform us of their decision by a clear statement.
6. Delivery
We deliver government controlled areas in Cyprus with delivery times as estimates. We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, postoffice delays or delays by any other involved carrier within Cyprus. Customers from other EU countries can purchase from our website at the same prices as customers in Cyprus, however they must make their own arrangements for pickup of their orders from any assigned pickup point within the government controlled areas of Cyprus.
