Press and Information Office
The mission of the Press and Information Office is to inform world opinion on the Cyprus
problem and to promote Cyprus, in all its aspects, abroad. Its mission is also to inform
the Cypriot people about the work and the development plans of the government and
publicise the statements and activities of the officials of the Cyprus Republic. In addition
the Press and Information Office monitors the local and foreign media and endeavours to
help them acquire a more comprehensive understanding of the government’s policies and
Cypriot affairs in general. Modern methods of communication are used and printed and
audio-visual material is produced to this end. |
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website will be active from the 20th of March 2002 and will
give information of various issues of Cyprus Republic's foreign policy. |
